How to Work With Me

I have a simple 4-step process to identify if we are a good fit for each other.


The first step in the process is completing an application. This is the quick and easiest way for me to grab a panoptic view of you, your company, and your growth goals.


The second step is a 1:1 conversation via Zoom. We will discuss where you and the company are today, where you want to go, and identify which metrics represent success for you and the team. We also complete a personal Enneagram assessment that provides insight into your personality & work style.


The previous steps detail where you want to prioritize efforts and resources. Step three confirms our agreed-upon deliverables, action plans, correspondence, and contract agreement.


After signed agreements are in place, we move to onboarding and activation, which kicks off with a 90-minute in-person or virtual session with you and the team. During this session, we discuss the full range of action plans, confirm OKRs, and begin the work.
